Student Mobility Erasmus+

Through Erasmus+ students can spend up to twelve months per academic cycle at a partner university in another European country. Course achievements are recognized at the home university.

The application has to be made through the International Relations Office at the Mozarteum. The following application deadlines apply (for the following academic year, winter and summer semester):

  • 15. Januar:
    Basel (Schweiz)
  • 15. Februar:
    Bulgarien, Dänemark, Deutschland, Finnland, Frankreich, Großbritannien, Island, Italien, Niederlande, Norwegen, Polen, Rumänien, Schweden, Schweiz, Spanien, Tschechien und Ungarn
  • 15. März:
    Estland, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Portugal und Slowenien

Submission of the application (Please note partners!): The application is done by submitting the following application documents via PDF to the International Office and by entering all information via our online application tool EASY.

Application documents, outgoing:
  1. Bewerbungsblatt
  2. Student application form
  3. Letter of recommendation from the teacher of the main subject (in English in the case of non-German-language-speaking countries)
  4. Recording of 3-4 pieces from different epochs as links (instrumental subjects and singing), video recording as links (acting, conducting and dance pedagogy) or a workbook (stage design, art and work pedagogy)
  5. Curriculum vitae (in English or in the relevant language)
  6. Proof of successful course achievement / Transcript of records
  7. Letter of motivation
  8. Antrag auf Erlass des Studienbeitrags (for the course department)
  9. Meldungsblatt (for the course department)
Personal consultations will be held by appointment in the International Relations Office. It is recommended that in preparation for the consultation you research thoroughly the relevant curriculum for the period of study abroad and inform yourself about the desired universities and the courses they offer. This is so that the appropriate partner university can be found and thus raise the chances of a positive decision.

Students who are interested in a period of study at the Mozarteum in the context of Erasmus+ should contact the International Office of their home university.
Only applications from partner universities will be accepted.
The following documents are necessary for the application:
  1. Letter of recommendation from the teacher of the main subject
  2. Recordings of three-four works of various styles via links (instrumental subjects and singing), video recordings via links (drama, conducting and dance educational theory), Portfolio as a single PDF (stage design, art and craft educational theory)
  3. Curriculum vitae
  4. Proof of successful course achievement / Transcript of records (for Master’s degree courses a Bachelor certificate has to be submitted)
  5. Letter of motivation
